Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders ship from Methow, Washington within 3-5 business days. US shipping via USPS or UPS depending on weight. International shipping available — contact j.ross@seattlesamuraiarts.com for a quote before placing the order.

Original art and commissions

Original shodo and commissioned pieces ship insured and tracked. Lead times for commissions are negotiated based on availability — typically four to eight weeks. Josh will reach out after order to confirm specifications.

Returns

Apparel may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unworn and in original condition. Original art, commissioned work, and limited-edition prints are final sale unless damaged in transit.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, email j.ross@seattlesamuraiarts.com with photos within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve directly — repair, replacement, or refund depending on the piece.
